Cowichan Copper Gin

Gin description

Four year old neutral spirits made entirely from B.C. fruit, aged in stainless steel until smooth. More than 30 locally harvested and foraged botanicals are infused in the vapours through a slow and gentle distillation. The gin is barrel aged in French oak that was previously home to Cowichan Valley red wine, giving it a distinct copper colour and subtle wood character to enhance the botanicals.
