The journey begins in local Okanagan apple orchards just a few kilometers from our family distillery. We then crush, ferment, and distill on site, using our state of the art, 50-plate, copper-pot still to ensure absolute purity. Our secret blend of botanicals—many of which come straight out of our Master Distiller’s garden—are then added to the spirit, which is then re-distilled. On the palate, you’ll detect notes of juniper berry, spruce tips, rose, and tarragon to complement the delicate balance of lemon balm and orris root.
