Gin description

This premium gin is distilled in 3 small batches to ensure that all ingredients are infused in this unique gin. The first distillation utilizes a combination of 5 herbs which gives the gin its base. The second distillation, is intensified with 3 herbs that gives this gin a "twist" to give its distinct "personality". Finally, the last distillation is the "Greek aspect" which uses mastiha as its last distillation as its finishing touch. Mastiha is the resin gathered from the Mastic tree and it has heavy "licorice" flavoured taste. This gin, is refreshing and has a clean crisp finish.
