Gin description

Paul is a London Dry Gin who receives his botanicals directly through the maceration process and is gently distilled after one day and two nights. Dominant juniper aromas paired with juicy berries and strong citrus flavors, lemon grass and lemon balm tickle our sense of smell, rounded off by herbal aromas and a warm hint of cinnamon. A wonderful combination of fruity, fresh and warm powerful aromas make this distillate a "real" gin with rough edges.
