As a passionate gin-drinker for many years I challenged myself and I wanted to know whether I was able to make my own gin. Ph.Collet’s Gin is the fine result of gaining expertise, competences and a dedication of experimenting with many different herbs and spices for many years. I continuously looked for new botanicals with pure nature being my main source of inspiration. Ph.Collet’s Gin has been made of a distillate of worldwide natural resources in combination with special botanicals found in the Flemish woods. It had to become the ultimate flavour based upon my own favourite taste, preference and color palette. The character of Ph.Collet's Gin is composed by a secret mix of 11 botanicals and subtle hints of rosemary and orange.
