Along with old photos rattled the letter with the recipe in an old brown leather ladies handbag which was inherited by Philemon his godson, (again) Philemon Reyniers. Recently, Philemon once browsed in the old handbag and found a letter with the ginrecept to. In times of ginhype Phille felt he had to do something, and pulled the recipe for liqueur distillery D'Hont. All this has now resulted in this deliciously spicy yet smooth gin.
