Philia Gin Gin is a triple distillation in copper stills, designed by award-winning bartender Mario Gallart Esplá. Its production is limited and is entirely made from natural products, using traditional means and techniques. His name, Philia, is an ancient Greek term for brotherly love, including friendship and affection, a name of a goddess to unite people at any time. Philia Gin is a gin made exclusively with alcohol of agricultural origin. A delicate gin is achieved after a careful process of triple distilled, achieving a fine, elegant crystal and alcohol. After distillation, the alcohol obtained is ground with juniper berries and flavored in suitable proportions with a selection of botanicals infused, including: orange, lemon, cherry and cardamom, adding to its formula an exclusive touch of carnations and roses really picked and previously macerated alcohol enhancing their flavor.
