To make our incredibly flavoured pHure gIn, it takes care and precision from two PhDs and a Professor; all expert in Chemical Science. They extract the finest botanicals with the finest organic alcohol, balancing juniper flavours with aromatic and citrus tones, and distil with the greatest of care in small hand-crafted batches. But instead of using high temperature copper stills, pHure scientists perfectly balance temperature with low pressure, equivalent to distilling at 46,000 feet, ensuring all the complex botanical aromas remain captured in our gin. To drink this carefully crafted gin, we recommend you drink it either neat, or with a splash of a high quality tonic (definitely no lemon!) and either way over ice!
