Gin description

Taking inspiration from our oak woodland at home, we have lain down some of our gin in oak casks, allowing the natural tannins in the wood to infuse with the spirit, producing a Revelation for the senses! Naturally coloured in the barrel, this oak aged gin has a complex array of bouquets and flavours, with hints of citrus, vanilla and blossom and deep smoky, mellow and velvety textures. It is perhaps more akin to a fabulous 100-Year Old Armagnac than a gin! An absolute must for any Gin Lovers wishing to find a new experience!
