Gin description

A Provençal legend’s creature, the Blue Octopus, fond of the botanicals of our creeks, would appreciate the fineness of this maceration of juniper berries and botanicals characteristic of our beautiful Mediterranean coast with its iodized notes, refreshed by a lemon zest, flowery notes of rose petal and spiced with ultramarine spices gleaned from our major ports of Marseille or Toulon. Juniper berries, thyme, rosemary, almond, angelica, sea bass, lemon zest, coriander, Iris root, roses and a few other plants… (but hush!) give this gin a powerful and varied aromatic palette of tastes.
