River Rose Barrel Gin

Gin description

A fun experiment for us resulted in one of our favorites! We soaked our River Rose Gin in new, charred oak barrels at high proof. The result? Amazing vanilla notes added to our beautifully delicate gin. This is amazing for old fashions, negronis and with cream soda! We released 1,500 bottles of this limited spirit. We first bottled this in August of 2014, making only 1,500 bottles. Our Still Crazy limited release spirits allow us to bring one-of-a-kind expressions to the market and partner with other local companies in the process. Uniquely local and uniquely flavorful.
