Gin description

Inspired by the favourite flavours of his daughter Senna, Stefan asked us to integrate basil and passion fruit. We did a lot of tastings and assemblies together to get the balance right. The first impression you get in the nose is the overall use of citrus and of course the basil. The freshness in the mouth is extraordinary because of the game between the basil and the citrusfruits.
