Hanse Spirit Ginphony 1.0

Gin description

Especially for the Hanse Spirit 2014 a Spirits Fair in Hamburg, this gin was prepared. Only 206 bottles were bottled. This gin is distilled twice in a classical manner, with some Botanicals additional flavors were coaxed with a steam infusion method. Unlike other gins, where juniper and botanicals sometimes be only a few hours and macerated together, in this gin the Botanicals have been processed individually and as the juniper berries inserted for several months in neutral alcohol to solve the intense flavors substances and oils. All distillates were then blended together and composed to the Gin - a truly liquid Ginphony.
