Gin description

An artisanal Gin obtained from the re-distillation of a brandy wheat spirit in which the aromatic components of juniper, coriander, angelica roots, citrus zest and other ingredients have been previously harvested by maceration, other herbs including some of Breton origin which make it a unique recipe. The quality of the ingredients and the extreme rigor brought during the distillation in the small alembic that is dedicated to him make of Saint Maudez a Gin of strong aromatic expression offering a very nice balance. The 44.7% bottling and the absence of cold filtration reinforce the character of this exceptional Gin.
