Gin description

The Geneva Segarra is a distillate of juniper berries selected by the own Julián Segarra in El Monte Turmell of Chert and elaborated in his distillery with over a century of family experience. Juniper is a curious shrub that grows wild in the mountains of Maestrazgo. It has a thick branch leaves just pointed and when you go to pick your berries, if you're not careful, you are filled with scratches; but the most striking is that it has the fruit of two years' salary, green one that will mature next year and another dark violet blue ripe berry is edible, harvested in the manufacture of the Geneva Segarra. Due to the particularities junipeus berry communis with its diuretic, antiseptic and expectorants properties, its unique distillation must pamper yourself carefully for obtaining a perfect gin distillate aromatic and balanced.
