Gin description

Distilled in a traditional Portuguese copper still it uses a combination of 9 carefully selected botanicals : Juniper, Cinnamon, Coriander seeds, Clove, Vanilla, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Apples and Lemon Verbena. With the particularity that the last four botanicals are used fresh. Due to the different caracteristics and evaporation points, the botanicals are slowly distillate separately, allowing a greater quality in the final distillation. Sharish is a smooth gin with a unique aroma. It has a very citric, yet sweet flavour from the apple and the vanilla. The juniper is also easy to identify, with softer notes of cloves and coriander seeds.
