In 1571 William Slingsby discovered the unique properties of the natural spring water from Harrogate’s Tewit Well. We have taken our award-winning London Dry Gin, crafted using Harrogate spring water, pure single grain spirit and locally-sourced botanicals and allowed it to mature in the finest oak barrels. The result is a gin, aged to perfection. Its rich, woody notes are imbued with a subtle smokiness whilst retaining a hint of juniper which develops a luxurious, citrus twist. For centuries, people have enjoyed Harrogate’s beautiful and restorative nature. Today, this Barrel-Aged Gin takes William Slingsby’s legacy to an extraordinary new place.
