Our new Spring Gin is certainly unique! A sweet and inviting bay leaf-driven nose to start, alongside smatterings of Italian lemon peel and a thyme twang. Flavoursome on the palate, a potent burst of rosemary, and the nice earthiness of angelica lingering long after. Each herb is noticeable, very inviting, very enticing.
