Gin description

St. Ives Gin is made using the Cold Compound style - individually blending each of its thirteen secret botanicals in grain spirit, showcasing foraged gorse flowers, local kelp and freshly cut herbs. Created by the Saint Ives Liquor Company in 2017, St. Ives Gin aims to capture the elements of the beautiful Seaside Town it's made in.
