Gin description
Sybaritas Gin is an artisanal farmhouse gin produced in the Gers en Gascogne region in the village of Gazaupouy. Sybaritas, is inspired by the word sybarite, "one who seeks the refined pleasures of life". It is an adventure launched between Gueuleton (Arthur and Vincent) and Victor (Arthur's brother). Distillation is first and foremost a family culture and we wanted to stand on our own two feet. Our desire was to make a gin whose botanicals are produced largely on the family farm or from other French agricultural productions. Sybaritas is an expression of terroir revealed by country good living people! It can be enjoyed as well as an aperitif with friends or after a good meal to prolong the moment or even more if affinities! It is the friendly gin for sybarites in demand to share. It took us no less than two years to create this unique recipe, which we wanted refreshing and identifying. This gin was distilled in our custom made copper still just 2 "pouy" (hills) from the distillery.
