Gin description

Confidential is a French Distilled Gin made in Cognac at the heart of a family property in Segonzac, capital of Grande-Champagne. The name Confidential refers to the serigraphy of the bottle representing a photo of the smuggler grandfather in his youth in the Basque Country; but also for the fact that this Gin is produced against the current in the heart of a Cognac property. Four ingredients go into the recipe: juniper berry, hibiscus, Sichuan pepper and horseradish root. Far from the botanicals usually chosen for the creation of a Gin (citrus, angelica, cardamom ...) these ingredients develop a great aromatic intensity, distinguished and precise and offer an incredible diversity with notes of yellow-fleshed fruits, flowers, pepper, almond, lychee, pear and hibiscus. The palate stands out with a suave attack, a fatty texture of ripe yellow fruit, a concentrated mid-palate with perfect balance with a dominant mint, fennel, peppery or even spicy notes. A subtle finish without heat.
