With the opening of Tunes was the Conservatorium Hotel at the cradle of the largest Dutch cocktail hype. Gin and tonic suddenly appeared everywhere, and no longer boring long drinks. At Tunes they are served in beautiful wine goblets with matching garnish. And above all with love and attention, say cook Schilo van Coevorden and bar manager Tim Hoevenagel. In honor of the fifth anniversary of Tunes Bar they developed together the Japanese Taiko's Gin based on ginger, wasabi, yuzu and sakura. The product is produced in a limited edition of just 500 bottles.
