Cask aged Navy strength gin from Brooklyn's very own New York Distilling Company! They've taken their spectacular Perry's Tot Navy Strength Gin and left it to mature in charred new American oak casks for 3-6 months - you might have tasted this treat if you were lucky enough to visit the distillery's Shanty Bar, but now we've bottled it up for you to enjoy elsewhere! Just make sure it doesn't get stolen by any cheeky ghosts (just like distillery co-founder Allen Katz's sandwich)... On the nose, rich, plump fruity notes of plum crumble with hints of brown sugar, cinnamon and almond. Honey and caramelised pecans in the mouth, before stone-fruit notes that are followed by earthy juniper and a dash of violet. Dry spice, hints of dark sugar and rye, as well as cracked black pepper that lingers on the finish.
