For Batch 4, Ableforth’s Bathtub Gin was aged in a cask that was previously used to hold Manhattan Meta-Bitters. Nose: Sweet cherries and roots-y vermouth. Developing cinnamon and cardamom warmth. Taste : More red fruits, followed by waxy orange peels and a prickle of juniper. Finish: Hints of cardamom seed and dates.
