For Batch 7, Ableforth’s Bathtub Gin was aged in a cask that was previously used to age Pedro Ximénez Sherry. Nose: Dark cherry and raisin, with a splash of chocolate syrup. Taste: Plump and full of fruity notes: blackberry, apple, plum, and pear, before a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar and caramel sauce. Finish: A light, dry fruitiness, reminiscent of freshly cut apple slices.
