Valtorre provides Santamania an important ingredient in the development of our gins, a mineral-medicinal spring water that fits perfectly with the quality requirements of our craft products. It made sense to make a gin with them, which in the end has resulted in a family of two components (for now). Tinta Negra y Roja is an interesting variant that incorporates red fruits. Being seasonal products, the way to provide these botanicals naturally is lyophilized, abundant and correctly filtered, to give the touch of flavor and color that makes it unique within this range of gins. The mixture is combined in correct proportions with the rest of botanists to arrive at a fresh formula in perfect harmony.
