Influenced by "West Coast Style” craft beers, Valor focuses on dominant notes of Chinook hops, grapefruit, and mint. Distilled 12 times with in-house grown gin botanicals, utilizing only the “hearts” of the spirit run. The water is locally sourced from an ancient spring with natural alkaline and optimal PH balance. Hand inspected, signed and dated by its maker to ensure the finest drinkability.
