Mammoth Old Dam Gin

Gin description

Mammoth Old Dam Gin has a distinct floral nose and a subtle mouth feel. Its palette leads with a coniferous note, followed by hints of sage and citrus and a long, sweet lavender finish. Old Dam Gin is a fractional gin made by macerating and distilling six different botanicals in Mammoth vodka. These fractions are then proofed and blended to form our finished gin. We use local botanicals, including white pine from trees on our property, to give Old Dam Gin its Northern Michigan character.
