The intergrowth in the vineyards of the family-run winery allows this diversity of aromas. Due to the near-natural cultivation, there are tasty natural plants and wild herbs between the vines. This collects the human being and distils these in collaboration with his experienced father. Take a deep breath from the glass, close your eyes and let the fragrances work: you feel like you are standing in the middle of the dense vineyard. Around you the wild herbs: alfalfa, nettle, gold oats, lavender, sage grass, rosemary, melissa ... Beautiful mouthfeel and long reverberation - soft, harmonious, complex. It has a wonderful structure, all aromas are elegantly integrated, the alcohol is pleasant, the finish is great and balanced.
