Gin description

The vision was to create a gin that carries the spirit of our Tenn and the character and vitality of a lush cottage garden in itself. Driven by the sheer desire for an honest and simple product, we have developed this gin. The task: fine and native of gin should be. A Gin of biodiversity a meadow and the blossoms of elderberry tree it should be. So the selected botanicals are each loaded individually for several days in alcohol, so that the usually very delicate aromas to develop fully. Gradually, they are distilled and stored for several weeks again. Then we combine different distillates. With the cold, clear spring water from our region, we marry the gin. We distill aware very slowly and in small passages to bring the flavors room for development. So the region is named after our ZH Züri Gin. The name fits best.
