135 East Hyogo Dry Gin is batch distilled with both predominantly Japanese herbs and traditional London Dry style herbs. The result is a perfect balance of complexity and harmony, a truly Japanese spirit, named after the Akashi meridian at 135 degrees east longitude that passes the distillery in Akashi town. This gin marks the centenary of the beginning of the Yonezawa family's history in the distillation of a beautiful Japanese artisan spirit.
