1895 Strawberry Gin

Gin description

For the type of distillation and according to the current regulations of the Spanish laws, our Gin 1895 strawberry is a type of London Dry Gin gin. We use whole wheat grain alcohol from origin, it never comes from ground remnants of brewers. This natural wheat grain alcohol, without genetic manipulation, is distilled three times. Its origin is the Alps, because the water of this area influences the quality. To make our Gin 1895 Strawberry we made two distillations with the previous alcohol (grain of wheat) together with the botanists. This is the London distillation system (without any additive or subsequent maceration). Subsequently we add a tiny part of sugar and strawberry aroma.
