Gin description

Our premium 1911 small batch gin uses traditional botanicals such as Juniper, Coriander and Citrus as well as an unexpected infusion of apples to create a delicate, dry, clean, crisp taste. We chose to use a light infusion of botanicals in order to allow the taste of our smooth vodka to shine through, unlike most gins that use a heavy infusion to cover the taste. To create 1911 Gin we vaporize 1911 Vodka and run it through a botanical vessel filled with selected botanicals.
