For all you Gin lovers and Juniper addicts! The flagship Gin in our range, made with 18 Botanicals, including sweet orange peel, lemon peel, liquorice and loads of juniper. Nose Initially a good smack of mixed citrus peels (Lemon and Orange) with a heady zing of juniper. Underneath there is a light, spicy, earthy and savoury note to balance out the citrus. Touch of pepper wraps it all together. Palate Signature syrupy texture coats the tongue. Freshly cut grass and wild flowers take strong supporting role to the citrus and juniper. Spice takes a back seat to begin with but gradually the liquorice root and mixed peppercorns introduce themselves with a savoury mint note from the black cardamom. Finish Dry. Dry to the point it makes you salivate. Sits very long on the palate with lingering mint and spice notes. These fade and leave the ever present citrus and juniper to gradually tail off.
