Gin description

Gin obtained by the distillation of 8 botanists: juniper, coriander, citrus, angelica, cinnamon, rose petals and cardamom. The Torres brothers bring their personal touch with an infusion of tangerine skin, which gives this gin a potent citrus aroma. The most famous twins of the gastronomy premiere new facet of the hand of Bardinet. The Torres Brothers put their personal touch to new proposals of macerated and distilled in a collaboration from which four products are born: gin, vermouth, bitter and rum. Javier and Sergio together with Bardinet's technical team have worked closely in the development of different organoleptic proposals that have linked sensations and experiences during their professional career. After a year of testing, their creations arrive with the aim of replicating the quality of their dishes and being able to transfer them to the glasses they serve in the sky. The philosophy of the project is that the base of the cocktails of the Torres Brothers convey their personality.
