Gin description

At Slotslyngen nearby Hammershus Castle we handpick nearly all ingredients for our top gin: juniper, wild apples, quinces, blackberries, and heather flowers. Martin first created this gin in 2017 as the first gin ever from Bornholm. He wanted to create a full bodied and powerfull gin capturing the essence of his favorite place on the island, the Slotslyngen area in Northern Bornholm. In 2021 Slotslyngen gin received a gold diploma from the judges of World Spirits Trophy.
