The gin is primarily a base of alcohol. It therefore seems important to choose carefully. We use alcohol French wheat; renowned for its quality. Then we need herbs. C'est Nous Gin contains Juniper Berries, Coriander, from the root of Angelica, Orange and Lemon flowers ... Each herb has a unique role and brings different properties to C'est Nous Gin. With this mixture, we get a nice balance, very important for a tasting. We also use local apples that we distill. We add them after distillation in small quantities to bring the gin. Each herb has an important role and that is all that makes the richness of the product. The attack is focused on the Juniper berries; Alcohol is present but not aggressive. The liquid is dense. The mid-palate develops on citrus, flowers, subtle, are still present. The finish is slightly spicy with cilantro.
