This Scottish gin is a unique addition to the market and incorporates sap from the silver birch tree, tapped from the Kincardine Estate in Royal Deeside and enhanced by extra spices and honey which provides a subtle sweetness. Having sold out of our first batch of Honey Spiced Gin in record time, it is now part of our core range of products. The honey and spices, complement its citrus aroma and this contemporary gin works well as a neat spirit or mixed with ginger ale.
