Gin description
Ajaja is a gin aged for 10 months in a single barrel from Clos Candelayres, the half-hectare estate of Emmanuel Martellon (Axel's godfather). A red wine made exclusively from Merlot in the Fronsac appellation, one of the smallest Bordeaux appellations adjoining St Emilion.
