Gin In A Tin No. 11 - Fuggles Hops, Coriander Seed & Maris Otter Malt

Gin description

Inspired by is the time of the year (September) when the hops are harvested in the northern hemisphere. We have created a gin using the traditional British hop “Fuggles” known for its spicy blackcurrant notes and Maris Otter malt which is used extensively in British beers. A big nose of hops, blackcurrant spicy notes at the front and slight maris otter malt in the background. In the mouth, subtle juicy blackcurrant notes at the forefront, followed by well-rounded spice/warmth, backed by sweeter notes from the malt. Followed by further fruit notes from the hops to conclude.
