Gin description

This Gin stands out for its superb blond reflections due to aging in oak barrels. The nose carries us away with its freshness and surprises us with its complexity. Beyond the juniper and orange zest, six spices offer us an exhilarating bouquet full of dynamism with beautiful lemony, peppery and slightly camphorated notes. On the palate, the discreet smoothness reminds us of the stay in barrel, the spices are fully expressed there in particular the citrus zest with a hint of cooking at the end of the mouth like a meringue pie. Distillation time: approximately 8 hours for each pass. Refining in oak barrels having contained 100% Folle Blanche Bas-Armagnacs.
