Gin description

In collaboration with a friendly goat farm - the small Fromagerie - we have developed GOAT's, a particularly elegant, mild gin, which presents our home, the Westerwald, through an intense, perfectly integrated juniper note. Filtration with the goat's milk of the White German noble goat makes this gin a real masterpiece of our distillers. This traditional process of milk protein purification is one of the oldest processes for the natural purification of distillates and gives GOAT's, in addition to the particularly high purity, a very velvety, almost creamy mouthfeel - so this gin is also perfect PUR to enjoy.
