Gin description
It has always bothered me at many gins that I have only consciously perceived only a handful of frequently more than thirty components. So I wanted to produce for me a substantial reduced gin, in which each of the ingredients plays a decisive role in the final product. According to the motto "less is more," we want to create an unbeatable flavor from only five essentials, each ingredient being an essential ingredient. Our five essentials are prepared in specially prepared white rum. The juniper gives the pleasant spice, which defines the base framework of a fine gins. The black ribis (currant), together with the white rum, is responsible for the pleasantly full mouth feel and provides like the juniper a fine earthy-herbal note. The Lemongrass gives the Hands On the first fresh-fruity nose, which almost reminds a little of green pears. On the palate unlikely fresh and lively. The leaf coriander, always very freshly processed gives on the palate as well as in the nose a pleasant top note, which in the glass can be combined incredibly well with fruity tonics. The orange bowl rounds off the other flavors and connects the other essentials to a whole. In the nose, as very discreetly noticeable in the mouth, it improves the overall taste picture unlikely.
