Gin description

Heart & Soul hails from Australia and is produced by Waterview Distillery. It is a “new age” gin in that it has moved away from the primarily juniper flavor (although juniper is still used in the distillation process). The major botanicals include cardamom and locally sourced citrus. This gin has more of a menthol entry taste before ending in citrus notes. This can make it a solid option when making lemonades with gin as it goes perfectly with the tart and sweetness of the mixer.
