Gin description
From the Allgäu the hinterland comes in an unusual for a new German Gin bottle: Straightforward, slightly conical and with fine curves, plus a plain white label with a subtle violet lettering and the likeness of a typical Aim-Uncle. But we taste nature also? The color of the label can not be desired, because there are first floral notes of lavender and violet in the foreground, to a slightly darker trace of grains of paradise. The Gin moves in the glass with lighter binding. On the palate surprised the gin opposite to the nose with pronounced dry mildness without any alcoholic sharpness, but with spicy, earthy pepper note, here the angelica noticeable. What remains is the lavender, this time accompanied by a fine hint of licorice. Although the juniper takes place only cryptically, one might label "New Western" does not stick to the hinterland. A discreet but direct Gin, who may well score in classical applications.
