The Højer Gin is a smooth London Dry Gin made of 15 botanicals with Junipeer, Grains of Paradise and Black currant as the predominant ones. The idea has been to create a taste experience and make a gin, which gives different, but very clear notes, when drinking neat - and an excellent drink, when adding tonic water. The fragrance is nice with clear black currants. The taste an experience. At first, you taste the juniper. After the alcohol has evaporated, the pepper provides a nice warmth, which is followed by a fruity, long lasting sweetness from the black currants.
