Gin description

Houlle Special differs from traditional juniper from the initial grain mixture by a greater proportion of oats, a fatter cereal which gives it more body and smoothness. It is then stored for at least three years in oak casks with a capacity of 30 to 40 hectoliters which have been rejuvenated, that is to say burnt again.
