Houlle XIV

Gin description

Houlle XIV is the monarch of our genevers, the one for which maturation in oak barrels is one of the longest. This induces an attenuation of the volatile aromas of the juniper berry and a much richer woody note. Initially a limited cuvée in 2014, it was finally made permanent but is only bottled once a year in order to preserve its quality.
