The distillery behind Kopermans Gin started about 10 years ago as a hobby to brew their own beer, this very small-scale and for their own use, friends and family. In addition, they also made a red and a white postage, also only for family and friends. At that time the owner was already immersing himself in the magic of distilling and after purchasing a small distillery some distillates, they came to this result: Koperman gin. Kopermans Gin is fired by means of a basket at the top of the column containing the necessary botanicals such as juniper, orange and coriander which draws the distillate.
