Mad Owl Gin Citrus is a refreshing cocktail of juniper berries, coriander and citrus fruits. Our goal has been to create a mild and sweet gin, with more light than dark tones, and we think we have succeeded fantastically well. Botanicals include juniper, coriander, angelica root, fresh lemon peel, fresh orange peel. fresh blood orange peel, lemon verbena, grains of paradise and orris root. We distill the gin in the traditional way with herbs directly in the copper kettle and in the herb basket, which is mounted on the gooseneck. The result is a series of tasty and very characteristic gin variants, which are clear in their profile and easy to mix.
